Fresh Gulf Coast Shrimp with heads on or off is the main product that we carry. We sell both white and brown shrimp when in season.  All of our shrimp are Domestic Wild-Caught on our privately owned local Shrimp Boats! Usually our trucks will have 3 or 4 different sizes available and you can buy any amount you want.

Live Louisiana Crawfish

We sell fresh Louisiana  Crawfish. Our Live Crawfish comes in to Corpus Christi on Thursdays with pick up and delivery in Corpus on Thursdays. And in the Northern cities Friday -Sunday. The season for crawfish is in the spring until the end of June.

Fresh Rockport Oysters Shucked & Un-Shucked

Our oysters are  sold shucked and un-shucked.  The oyster season runs from September into the beginning of May. Enjoy these delicious delicacies while they are fresh in season. Prepare those oysters in your own backyard or out on one of our beautiful Corpus Christi Beaches.

Fresh Crab & Snow Crab Clusters

Our fresh blue crab meat is domestic caught. The season usually starts in May and goes into October, though  it may not always be available due to weather conditions Prices vary according to supply. We also have snowcrab flown in straight from the source and sell them by the pound. The most popular dish is crab cakes, which can always be purchased from us.

We sell fresh caught fish, we de-bone, fillet and freshly freeze them prior to bring them to your town for purchase and delivery. Catches will vary based on season and may include, redfish, flounder, tilapia, & yellowfin tuna.

Prices are based on market price, and change according to the catches and sizes ” all sizes are not available at all times”. Much depends on the time of the season and on the weather conditions on the Gulf Coast.
